We're a student society, that doubles as a theatre company, with almost 100 years of experience running shows, festivals, and general hi-jinks. We aim to produce quality shows, promote a safe space to give theatre a go, and support drama and performing arts in the wider Christchurch community.

The Lazarus Lottery

  • DW1 - Jack Mann Auditorium 53 Solway Avenue Christchurch, Canterbury, 8041 New Zealand (map)

In a world where the terminally ill have the chance to cheat death through entering a lottery, those involved must grapple with loss, love, and questions of the soul. Revolutionary medical technology has given people living with a terminal illness a second chance; they can enter the lottery and potentially win the chance to live on through a clone.

Come by DW1 in the Jack Mann auditorium at 7:30pm 24th - 27th February and 2nd - 5th of March to see the journey of the newest winners of the Lazarus Lottery and decide for yourself whether we are just a combination of DNA and memories, or if the concept of a soul really is relevant.

Doors open at 7:00pm, show starts at 7:30pm

Tickets are $12/student, $15/adult, available on Dash Tickets
